Nick Grogan, founder
Nick has worked in UK business energy since 1997, when he founded Energy Solutions. His experience spans energy contracts, supplier partnerships, billing operations, meters and the practical problems that arise between them.
That has included accounts assigned to the wrong company, charges for neighbouring or non-existent supplies, incorrect contract rates, meter faults and capacity problems. These issues often need records from several parties to be reconciled before a supplier can correct the account.
Nick has worked with suppliers, distributors, meter operators and installers, as well as business finance and procurement teams. Costmaster applies that experience to a defined investigation, a clear correction and a documented outcome.
